Art Workshops for Kids
Children ages 5-12 are invited to the North Carolina History Center for a free Holiday Ornament Workshop. Participants will create a teddy bear ornament using an ornament ball, cotton balls and sequins to take home and hang on their Christmas tree. This workshop will be held in the North Carolina History Center (529 South Front St., New Bern) on Saturday, Dec. 12.
While children can participate in the Holiday Ornament Workshop any time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., preregistration is recommended. These workshops and admission passes will be limited to 80 children.
